After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Describe the relationship between sustainable agriculture principles and practices and soil health and community resilience.
- Explain how to measure and describe soils in relation to their physical properties and contexts.
- Describe how soil chemistry, nutrients and soil carbon can impact agricultural productivity.
- Explain the importance of soil biodiversity and how management practices can impact it.
- Describe a range of soil management practices to improve soil health and to remediate degraded soils.
- Describe how plants respond to their environmental conditions.

You will prepare a soil management plan to using the concepts, principles and practices from the course.
